We are seeking an experienced and strategic individual to join OpenTable's Global Partnerships team as a Manager. This team at OpenTable is a small, impactful, fast-paced team responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing strategic partnerships aligned with the company's growth plans. This is a role with global scope and fit for an individual comfortable with both building strategy and driving execution In this role, you will: Act as a Business Development lead to drive the connectivity of OpenTable with the broader technology ecosystem Work closely with partners to define the scope of the partnerships, manage the integration and define GTM activities Become a trusted advocate for growing reach with partners internally and be the subject matter expert on restaurant technology and demand generation partnerships Maintain an experienced level of understanding of all products and services that OpenTable offers Build partner-facing strategy presentations featuring OT and Partner Value Proposition, data-driven recommendations, and growth avenue Evaluate proposals (internal and external) and provide recommendations based on business impact and ROI Deliver analyses and projects, including various types of market and industry analysis, competitive analysis, building business cases, scenario planning, and pricing analysis Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives in support of company objectives and key results Lead the end to end process of sourcing, negotiating and onboarding new partners Build positive relationships and collaborate with cross-functional team members across product, engineering, marketing, legal, and sales teams Please apply if: Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, strategic partnerships, restaurant, consumer or commerce tech a plus Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and MS Office (Excel) Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Ability to thrive in ambiguity and be highly productive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency around delivering on goals Exposure to or experience in consumer technology is a plus Exposure to a range of data and analytical concepts and methodologies, including: forecasting, financial modelling, pricing analysis, market sizing, industry and competitive analysis Exposure working with product and marketing teams to develop partnerships that deliver growth, brand exposure, and benefits for users Exposure to working with legal documents is beneficial BA/BS degree or higher with 3 years of professional experience Benefits You will accrue 25 vacation days per year in addition to statutory UK Bank Holidays One Celebration Day per calendar year Private Health & Dental and Life Insurances Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Pension Fund Gym Discount Bike2Work Season Loan Ticket Reimbursable eye tests and 100 GBP contribution towards VDU glasses only Perkbox & Booking.com business discounts Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion OpenTable seeks to be a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve and a culture that is inclusive and welcoming.
