Commis Chef – New Opening (City Centre, Birmingham) Location: Birmingham City Centre (B3 2DP) Salary: £32,000 per annum Hours: Approx. 48 hours per week | 4 on / 4 off rota Contract: Full-time, permanent We are welcoming applications from enthusiastic Commis Chefs ahead of the opening of a high-profile, ingredient-led restaurant in Birmingham city centre. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong foundations in a professional kitchen within a group known for quality, consistency, and well-structured development. The restaurant will operate breakfast, lunch, and dinner, focusing on fresh, seasonal produce and well-executed cooking. The Role As Commis Chef, you will support the brigade with daily preparation and service, learning core skills while working alongside experienced chefs in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
