Education, Attendance & Welfare Officer: Empower Futures!

This role will be required to work for Progress School Thrapston and Progress School Northampton. Progress Schools values wellbeing as more than a word; it is a commitment. What are we looking for from you?

* Academic Background – Business Administration relevant qualification (desirable), safeguarding qualification (desirable).
* Experience – worked in a school environment, particularly in secondary school (added advantage).
* Knowledge – equality of opportunity, safeguarding, child protection and inclusion issues and how to address them in schools with high levels of vulnerable children.
* Problem‑Solving – aptitude for solving problems and making effective decisions.
* Communication – professional communication with students and staff.
* Promotion of Values – commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing and British values.
* Time Management – effective time management for planning, delivery and assessment.
