Other responsibilities include managing the reception area, supporting with show rounds, following up on sales enquiries, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.

Job responsibilities
* Package Description: Two-week rolling rota, includes alternate weekends.
* Supporting the residents and team with a positive attitude.
* Providing excellent customer service at the reception and over the phone.
* Supporting show rounds and managing sales enquiries through to admissions.
* Assisting the Home Administrator as needed.
About you

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* A positive attitude towards residents and visitors.
* At least two years of customer service experience preferred.
