Based from Wednesbury with travel to Wellingborough (business needs dependent) Description Working as part of a HR Team, the role of HR Business Partner will support various stakeholders within their Corporate Functions across 2 sites in Wellingborough and Wednesbury. Your role will include but not limited to: Provide expert HR guidance to corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement workforce strategies. Manage employee relations matters, offering practical and compliant solutions. Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment and succession planning. Analyse HR data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Support the implementation of organisational change initiatives. Deliver training and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities. Profile A successful applicant for this role will have a proven background in a similar role.
