Your responsibilities include supporting meals, food and fluid documentation, post‑meal support, managing incidents of self‑harm and risk‑taking behaviours, and monitoring any physical health concerns. You will also help those preparing for independence with education routes, public transport, appointments and self‑medication. Activities range from theme parks to pottery painting and theatre.
Previous care experience is not essential; full training is provided, with ongoing support and mentoring from the residential and clinical team. This role offers a rewarding foundation for a career with young people in mental health.
