Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our fantastic client to recruit for a Stores Co-ordinator, to join their team in Ballymena. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading business that can offer ample progression opportunities. The Stores Co-ordinator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for managing materials and inventory, updating records and co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to manage daily operations. You will assist in maintaining the companies internal system, raising any discrepancies with the internal team. Duties of this role include: Maintaining stock records for materials, tools, and spare parts, noting discrepancies and placing orders where applicable. Providing a main point of contact for factory supervisors, co-ordinating orders and relaying forecasts. Maintaining the store area, ensuring products and materials are accessible, presentable, and health and safety protocols are adhered to. Use of ERP system to regularly update customer accounts, maintain inventory records and verify orders with purchase orders. Supervision of stores staff, assisting with day-to-day duties. High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role. The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar role and be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively and have excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills are essential for this role, previous ERP experience is advantageous. The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £31000-£33000, dependant on experience, with working hours of 8-5 Monday to Friday, with an option for flexible start times.
