Ground Maintenance Team Leader – Kilmarnock
A grounds maintenance team leader is required by one of the UK's leading Horticulture and Grounds maintenance specialists.
Your duties include:
* Charge hand leading a small team
* Grass / lawn cutting, edging, strimming, hedge cutting and shrub pruning
* Litter picking and weed control, using mowers and powered tools
* Bulk uplifts and site clearances
A driving licence and experience leading a team is essential.
The working hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
These are permanent roles available after a successful probation period of 3 months. Our client is looking for workers who want long‑term or permanent work.
The pay rate is up to £15.13 per hour.
