Overview
Onsite Night Guest Attendant role at Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. with WoodSpring Suites in Columbia Fort Jackson, SC. The position is onsite, typically evening shifts, and on-call overnight to oversee the property after hours.
Primary Duties
* Property inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections of the property during the night to ensure safety and security.
* Guest services: Assist with after-hours check-in and check-out, provide excellent customer service, and address guest needs or concerns.
* Laundry duties: Perform all laundry responsibilities including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels; maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
* Cleaning & maintenance: Vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, stock and distribute cleaning supplies, and perform room preps for rooms not cleared by daytime housekeeping.
* Emergency procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs of the property and guests are met.
* On call needs: Regularly be on call overnight for guest needs.
* Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive in solving problems.
Physical Requirements
* Tasks requiring kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
* Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
