ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate and talented digital graphic designer to join our London-based team. Working as part of our Creative Team, you will be responsible for producing a large range of digital content such as emails, social assets, digital ads, product page imagery, etc. You will bring to life our vibrant brand story across all digital touchpoints and platforms, to build a cohesive visual brand identity globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
These will include but not limited to:
* Concept and execute content for all digital platforms (organic and paid social, e-commerce, marketplaces, etc.)
* Source and create unique and inspiring digital content to help drive the brand across all its touchpoints through strong storytelling.
* Execute on creative briefs for business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, visually exciting, innovative and engaging within brand visual identity guidelines
* Work towards various timelines in a fast-paced environment, while delivering assets that are accurate and consistent
* Guard the brand identity, maintaining global visual language across all channels and markets
* Support growing video creation needs for social and digital advertising: edit, add typography, export and crop in different sizes and formats (MP4/GIFs), etc.
* Design innovation – constantly looking for new and improved ways to express the brand in the digital world.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* 2-3 years Graphic Design experience within a digital in-house or agency setting
* Current and fluent knowledge of key design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and digital graphic software
* Must have a strong precise eye for imagery, aesthetics and be able to build on what is working for the brand.
* Knowledge of production/retouches/editing/finishing processes
* Knowledge of video editing is required
* Typographic skills are required
* Drawing / Illustration and 3D rendering skills are a plus.
* Ability to take direction from Design Director, Marketing and Commercial teams and provide multiple solutions with limited direction.
* Ability to prioritise with tight deadlines
* BFA / BA in Graphic Design or other closely related fields preferred.
