Motivated Geotechnical Engineer II to join our well established and growing Environmental Remediation practice in New England. As a key member of our remediation group, the candidate will be working on rewarding projects throughout New England and the United States within a diverse culture and having access to exceptional training and career development opportunities. Responsibilities
* Serves as project engineer on mid- to large size projects.
* Provides geotechnical expertise for studies and design efforts.
* Provides oversight and/or direction for geotechnical field investigations.
* Develops complex technical solutions for clients.
* Depending on level of experience, performs quality control reviews of work developed by others.
* Participates in development of technical proposals.
* Develops technical skills in the area of geotechnical regulatory, planning, design and construction phase projects.
* Coordinate with diverse project teams.
* Depending on level of experience, may serve as a project manager and attend client meetings.
* Work with Senior Leaders to grow the regional Geotechnical practice.
Qualifications
* Experience in geotechnical and environmental engineering.
* Ability to serve as project engineer on mid- to large size projects and coordinate with diverse project teams.
* Willingness to participate in development of technical proposals and to grow into project management roles as appropriate.
