We are currently recruiting for a Wealth Management company in Whiteley, Hampshire, that is looking to hire an Adviser Development Manager. This role involves coaching, managing, and supporting a team of financial advisers to maximize their skills and business performance. The primary focus is on developing new advisers and building on their existing experience, whether gained externally or through the in-house academy.
* Lead a team of advisers to develop and execute plans to attract new clients, service existing clients, grow revenues in line with company objectives, and ensure client satisfaction and positive outcomes.
* Support recently qualified advisers through observation, feedback, coaching, and training.
* Periodically support more experienced advisers as needed.
* Maintain a culture aligned with company values and regulatory standards.
* Enhance the growth of both the company and advisers' skills through knowledge development, client-facing skills, and confidence building.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys seeing advisers develop and achieve their goals through coaching and shared experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS or equivalent).
· Experience in financial planning sales, management, and coaching is essential.
· Good knowledge of the advice process.
· Ability to motivate and lead a team of Financial Planners to achieve business objectives.
· Client-centric, commercially savvy, with CF30 experience.
· Ability to identify and resolve development needs effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency with various software applications.
· Strong personal organization skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
· Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a personable team player.
