Marketing Manager
OA are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join one of our clients’ highly successful and fast-growing businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys owning the full marketing mix and making a real commercial impact.
As the sole marketer within the business, you will take full ownership of marketing activity and work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads, support revenue growth, and strengthen brand presence across all channels.
Location: Watford
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. 8:30am-5pm. Fully office based.
Salary: £35,000 commission depending on experience (OTE=£40,000)

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
4. Manage and respond to customer queries across websites and social media; resolve issues and escalate serious or repeat concerns.
5. Design and manage product designs, ensuring brand consistency, print quality, compliance, and final production sign-off.
6. Liaise with suppliers and vendors across packaging, website development, and accounting software.
7. Lead website planning and ongoing management, ensuring relevant content, and clear conversion paths.
8. Develop and deliver SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-site optimisation, to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
9. Plan, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms, analysing performance metrics such as clicks, reach, and CTR.
10. Lead social media strategy and execution to grow brand awareness, engagement, and customer interaction.
11. Create, schedule, and manage social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
12. Oversee creation of video, lifestyle, and scripted content aligned to brand tone and marketing objectives.
13. Use CRM tools to manage customer data, track engagement, and automate marketing sequences.
14. Track and analyse digital and operational performance using analytics tools; produce regular management reports.
15. Apply AI tools to enhance content creation, marketing performance, and operational efficiency.
Marketing Manager Skills:
16. Strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, and website oversight
17. Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategy
18. Comfortable working with CRM platforms
19. Ability to create and manage content across multiple formats (written, visual, video)
20. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
21. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
