Our dedicated staff is passionate about providing bespoke, additional support to ensure behavioural, social, emotional, or mental health challenges are never a barrier to success.

With smaller class sizes and an adapted curriculum, we prioritize personal development and student well-being without compromising academic progress. We hold unconditional positive regard for our students, considering strong professional relationships as our first intervention. Our goal is to ensure all students succeed and transition to their next stage with confidence and self-belief.

If you believe every student deserves a champion and share The Outwood vision of raising standards and transforming lives, we would be delighted to welcome you to our team.

You will monitor and support all students in the cohort, both academically and behaviourally. You will work closely with the Leadership Team on improving student behaviour, attendance and outcomes. Day to day, you will work with students to help them to prepare for a return to mainstream provision.
