Programme Compliance Engineer
This is a Programme Compliance Engineer role required within a growing business to ensure technical orientated programmes & assets conform to the latest standards. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a practical approach to technical documentation analysis, with a proven track record in delivering detailed programme reports. As the Compliance technician you will be the bridge between internal development & client requirements, ensuring programmes conform to governing guidelines. As part of the compliance team, the role will be under the guidance of senior compliance manager with great opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities:
1. Review client Statements of Work and Technical Requirement Specification, generating a concise scope of compliance targets
2. Compile & maintain compliance matrices throughout the lifecycle of projects/programmes, liaising with the relevant stakeholders to assure agreement.
3. Knowledge of latest industry compliance/safety requirements, coordinating with government officials for updated standards
4. Key strategist for identifying project demands, resolving project uncertainty through compliance & safety assessment for programme risk reduction.
5. Assist in the review and presentation of product assurance for milestone delivery
6. Support effective transfer of new products into steady state manufacturing.
7. Support on-going asset lifecycles
Requirements:
8. A relevant technical focused degree (Scientific, Engineering, Mathematics)
9. 1 – 2 years industry experience preferred
10. Technically orientated individual with high aptitude for detail.
11. Demonstrated experience literature reviews, complex reports review & delivery.
12. Knowledge of STANAG / MIL-STD / AOP desirable.
13. Appetite for learning and career progression.
