Key Responsibilities Work within the Existing Business team to deliver outstanding customer service and administer insurance policies Achieve and exceed realistic targets for renewals, retention, and customer satisfaction Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations while maintaining the highest standards of client care Support clients with queries, policy changes, and advice across a range of insurance products About You As one of our Insurance Sales Administrators, you’ll receive full training and support, with the chance to gain industry-recognised qualifications such as Cert CII.
