Working closely with cross-functional teams across the business, you ll take the lead on exciting, hands-on projects from concept to manufacture, whilst working in a growing team.

Senior Design Engineer Responsibilities
* Lead design projects from concept to production.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to create practical, cost-efficient design solutions.
* Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Support engineering planning, process improvements, and continuous development.
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in a Senior Design Engineer role, ideally within manufacturing.
* Understanding of design-for-manufacture principles and mechanical product design.
* Confident using CAD software and managing design documentation.
* Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally.
* Experience managing projects and mentoring junior engineers.
