Overview
Technical Services Maintenance Manager – Hatfield, AL10 9AB. Hours – Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Lead technical services teams to drive technical excellence and ensure SHE policies are rigorously enforced, including compiling technical reports.
* Liaise with and understand client needs; own and deliver larger/technically complex services; drive energy/financial improvements and efficiencies; create and deliver related monthly performance reports.
* Act as Technical Subject Matter Expert and lead the definition of client needs; sourcing solutions/projects, submitting quotes, processing orders.
* Oversee and/or deliver projects on time and on budget, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, client standards and policies.
* Support and lead site engineering teams with Asset Life Cycle and Performance Management, and planned preventative maintenance.
* Create and support training and process guides for site leads; work with the client to define and deliver initiatives; collaborate with other FM Teams.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in Electrical, HVAC or water services.
* Demonstrable experience as a technical manager.
* Demonstrable experience in creating and implementing energy management strategy for a client.
* Experience in Project Management.
* Proficiency with word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* H&S qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH or equivalent).
* Full UK driver’s license.
* Dynamic with great communication skills with all levels of the business.
* Able to manage teams of engineers and subcontractors.
Desirable
* C&G Electrical qualification – 18th Edition.
* Degree or other qualification in engineering or building services.
* Experience in CMMS system (ideally E-logs).
* Experience of HV systems.
