Role Summary
We are looking for someone who can spot opportunities, connect with the right people, and use AI tools to make it happen faster. This role is about building relationships, experimenting with new ideas, and using data to drive growth.
You will be learning and mastering AI-powered tools, bringing fresh strategies, and working directly with the founder to get Matchouse in front of the right partners and users across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Find and connect with potential partners using AI-powered lead generation tools.
* Research new AI tools, test them, and integrate them into our sales process.
* Build relationships with estate agents, landlords, and service professionals.
* Create and run outreach campaigns tailored to different market segments.
* Analyse sales data with AI dashboards to understand what works and what needs to improve.
* Work with marketing to craft campaigns that reach the right audience.
* Share insights with the founder and team to shape product and strategy.
* Keep accurate sales records and ensure agreements follow UK property regulations.
What We Are Looking For
* Sales or business development experience (any sector).
* Confidence using modern CRM and AI tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Einstein, or Zoho AI.
* Curious, fast learner who enjoys figuring things out.
* Comfortable in a startup where roles can be fluid and ideas move fast.
* Able to take ownership and deliver results without heavy supervision.
