F/t Permanent Receptionist required for one of Northern Irelands Leading Law Firms based in Lisburn Duties will include: Answering calls in a professional manner and transferring or responding accordingly Meeting and greeting clients Updating and maintaining excel spreadsheets All associated administration duties Full training will be provided Essential Criteria: Previous Receptionist experience within a busy office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word & Excel Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 per annum Company benefits: Uniform provided.
