We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join the catering team at prestigious contract catering business in Swindon, Wiltshire. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role in a unique and rewarding environment, offering daytime hours with no evening or weekend work, where you will be working as head chef for a world renowned contract catering company.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day running of the kitchen
Breakfast and lunch service for upto 200 staff per service Hospitality: Working lunches
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including compliance and stock control
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Liaise with the client and ensure smooth delivery of catering services
Requirements:
Level 3 Food Safety qualification (FSL3)
Minimum of 3 years experience
At least 2 years experience in operational and financial kitchen management
Confident with Microsoft Office and bespoke catering systems
Strong communication skills with both team members and clients
Must live within an easy commute of Swindon
