The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: • Supervise classes across Key Stages 3–5, ensuring a positive learning environment. • Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teachers. • Manage behaviour effectively, encouraging engagement and participation. • Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) to help them reach their full potential. • This position is ideal for graduates, teaching assistants, or qualified teachers seeking valuable experience before progressing into a teaching career.
