Key Requireme
nts• Relevant experience in project delivery, engineering, manufacturing, marine, industrial, operations, or a similar technical environm
ent• Strong technical understanding and the ability to work credibly with engineering te
ams• Good stakeholder management and strong relationship-building ski
lls• Proven ability to help deliver projects on time and on bud
get• Strong evidence of ownership, problem solving, and deliv
ery• Highly proactive and comfortable operating in ambigu
ity• Able to turn discussions into clear actions and follow issues through to resolut
