As the firm continues its impressive growth path, they are building a stronger team to support colleagues with the tools and technology they rely on daily. This is not a traditional 1st/2nd line role, you'll still be one of the points of contact for IT tech requests, but you'll play a key part in helping the firm develop and design better processes, spotting patterns before they become problems. Requirements IT Support experience on a service desk ITIL Framework expertise. ideally ITIL Certified. Knowledgeable with Microsoft 365 suite Knowledgeable with Windows 10/11 desktops High standards of service delivery Outstanding communicator You'll help to re-shape how the firm's staff (c400) see technology, you'll get exposure to modern cloud tech as the firm progresses on the journey of becoming a cloud native organisation.
