Location: London – based in probation hostels and probation offices Contract Type: Sessional (flexible hours, as required) Pay: London Living Wage Tailored Futures is a social enterprise that supports people on probation to access employment, training, and other opportunities that aid reintegration. We deliver in-person support in probation hostels and offices across London, helping individuals take practical steps toward rebuilding their lives. About the Role: We are recruiting Sessional Project Workers to deliver face-to-face support to people on probation. Working on-site in probation hostels and offices, you will provide guidance, signposting, and help individuals access services such as employment support, digital access, and our ReintegrateME platform. This is a flexible, session-based role that suits individuals who are confident working independently and are committed to making a difference. Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one and small group support sessions on-site Engage with residents to understand their needs and refer them to relevant services Provide practical support with employment, housing, and training opportunities Promote and support use of the ReintegrateME platform Maintain brief records of attendance and engagement Report concerns or safeguarding issues to the internal team where needed Represent Tailored Futures professionally and reliably Essential Skills & Experience: Experience working in a support, outreach, or community-based role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and able to work independently Awareness of the challenges faced by people on probation Basic digital skills (email, online forms, Microsoft) Desirable but not required: Lived experience of the criminal justice system Experience in probation settings or with people affected by the justice system Interest in inclusive employment and second-chance opportunities Additional Information: Training and induction will be provided Hours will vary depending on site needs Equal Opportunities Statement: Tailored Futures is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
