This includes registration, communication, scheduling, and providing support throughout the delegate lifecycle. The role also involves assisting the Client Relations Manager (CRM) in achieving key objectives, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to operational success. About you * Educated to degree level or equivalent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * University degree specialising in Management. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals and targets. * Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot. * Experience working in a similar corporate/executive education environment. * Experience in a multi-cultural workplace. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * Creative problem-solving ability. * Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
