Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Woodworking Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the processes and be proficient in operating CNC Woodworking machinery. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality stairs, door sets etc while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.
Responsibilities
* Operate CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in all produced parts
* Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to set up machining processes
* Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise

* Use hand tools for assembly and adjustments as needed
* Collaborate with team members to optimise production workflows
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role within a manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
* Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, for design purposes
* Experience with the tooling processes
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks
* Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, including materials handling capabilities
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
* Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work
