Backed by global reach and deep expertise in online gaming, Jersey Road’s NEW client is launching a new Web3-native iGaming platform and looking for a Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to lead the entire player journey.

If you’ve built player journeys across crypto, casino, sportsbook, and loyalty environments and and you’re excited to shape the next generation of gaming experiences then this is your stage.
Location: South Africa preferred, However they are open UK and Europe leaders in crypto, betting, and Web3.
This role will oversee:
* End-to-end product roadmap across casino, sportsbook, live dealer, and crypto layers
* UX/UI optimisation for high-conversion, mobile-first journeys
* CRM, VIP, lifecycle communications and retention strategy
* Game provider partnerships and content curation
* Creative brand tone, identity, and campaign integration
* Personalised experiences via behavioural data and AI
* Alignment with compliance and responsible gaming standards
You’ll be the bridge between Tech, Product, Marketing, Creative, and Ops.
