The MHM Magazine — a bold and fast-growing media platform — is expanding its reach, and we’re looking for passionate Business Development Executives to help us close advertising and partnership deals that fuel our growth.
About Us
The MHM Magazine is a dynamic publication under The MHM Media umbrella, spotlighting culture, creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and emerging talent. While we are still in the growth phase, we are actively building a strong sales pipeline and are ready to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Your Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for closing advertising and sponsorship deals. Referrals and warm leads will be provided by our marketing and outreach teams — your job is to engage, negotiate, and seal the deal. This role is 100% commission-based, offering you the opportunity to earn based directly on your performance.
Responsibilities
Follow up on qualified leads passed on by our team
Pitch and sell advertising packages, features, and partnerships in The MHM Magazine
Build relationships with brands, agencies, creatives, and entrepreneurs
Negotiate rates and close deals that align with our growth strategy
Maintain a clear record of prospects, contacts, and closed deals
Represent the voice and value of The MHM Magazine to potential clients
Remuneration
Commission-based only
Attractive commission structure with high earning potential based on closed deals
Flexible, remote role — your success determines your income
Who We’re Looking For
Sales-driven individuals with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Background in media, advertising, publishing, or B2B sales is a strong plus
Self-starters who can work independently and close deals effectively
