Salary: £27,841 + Excellent Benefits
Location: High Wycombe / Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

Paradigm Housing Group is looking for a Tenancy Sustainment & Support Coordinator to join our dedicated Customer Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in helping people sustain their tenancies and access the support they need.
About the Role
As our Tenancy Sustainment & Support Coordinator, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to our Tenancy Sustainment & Support Team. You'll be the first point of contact for incoming referrals, triaging and allocating them appropriately, managing shared inboxes, and ensuring safeguarding cases are tracked and escalated in line with policy.
You'll also support the team with data collection, reporting, and communication helping us deliver timely, customer-focused services that make a real impact. Your attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities will help keep the team running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Triage and prioritise referrals, ensuring timely allocation to Case Managers
* Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine queries
* Track safeguarding cases and escalate concerns as needed
* Maintain accurate records and referral logs
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather information
* Support GDPR compliance and data audits
* Assist with customer-focused initiatives (e.g., fuel vouchers, food and energy support)
* Help prepare promotional materials and internal/external communications
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience triaging tasks and managing shared inboxes
* Understanding of safeguarding principles and confidentiality
* Experience handling sensitive or confidential data
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently
Desirable:
* Knowledge of social housing or customer support environments
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Experience supporting multi-agency or safeguarding meetings
* A pragmatic and common-sense approach to problem-solving
