The Role
You will oversee the day‑to‑day administrative operations for the organisation’s repair services, ensuring consistent achievement of performance and customer‑service goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct weekly audits of team output, highlight errors, and maintain records for monitoring purposes.
* Provide support to the office manager when required.
* Manage incoming communications via repairs and communal repairs mailboxes.
* Oversee the administration function for supervisory staff.
