Trainee SEND Teaching Assistant – Peterlee Area (No Experience Needed)

What you'll be doing:
• Supporting pupils with additional needs in a small, structured setting
• Helping with routines, transitions, and communication
• Learning how to use visuals, sensory resources, and calm-down strategies
• Working with teachers and TAs who want to help you grow
