Key Responsibilities
* Develop and drive a world‑class talent strategy that attracts, retains, and develops exceptional people at all levels
* Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for head office and venue‑based roles, ensuring a seamless and compelling candidate experience
* Build and embed initiatives around performance management, learning and development, career pathways, and succession planning
* Partner with business leaders to identify skills needs, support organisational design, and foster high‑performing teams
* Champion a positive and inclusive culture aligned with the company’s values and brand ethos
* Oversee people‑related policies, HR best practices, and internal communications to drive engagement and retention
About You
* Proven experience in a senior HR, talent acquisition, or people leadership role, within luxury hospitality, premium restaurants, lifestyle brands, or related sectors
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn insight into action and influence senior stakeholders
