Role Overview
Become a valued member of our team as a Project Engineer! We look forward to applications from individuals with an electrical focus and experience in food safety and/or quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to execute high-quality, stage-gate-driven projects with precision, demonstrating effective financial oversight to ensure that Weetabix Capital funds are used wisely and aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality projects with a 100% safety record and zero accidents
* Adhere to CAPEX budgets at project and department/site levels
* Ensure complete delivery of project scope, avoiding scope creep
* Forecast and update spend profiles for accurate financial planning
* Prepare and present project approval presentations to MD level
* Maintain regular, accurate communication with stakeholders
* Engage with support functions such as Procurement and Legal
* Follow the Weetabix EEM process for all projects
