Overview
Customer Service Administrator — Location: Reading. Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm. Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour.
We are seeking a proactive Customer Services Advisor to support our global client base from our Reading office. This role combines customer service, technical support, and logistics, offering a hands-on opportunity to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Handle technical enquiries from international clients
* Manage warranty claims and maintain accurate CRM records
* Coordinate stock in the warranty warehouse
* Oversee outsourced repairs and ensure timely follow-ups
* Support compliance with regulatory and safety standards
* Attend installations, exhibitions, and team meetings as required
Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service and logistics (import/export essential)
* Confident communicator with excellent phone and email skills
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical troubleshooting
* Minimum of GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C / Level 4 or above)
* Team-oriented, reliable, and results-driven
