Ideal Candidate
* You will have a proven track record as a Reception Supervisor and Duty Manager within a hotel environment.
* Can inspire and motivate a team.
* Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
* Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Experienced user of Opera, Opera Sales and Catering, and Microsoft Office preferred.
* A positive and engaging demeanour with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
* Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.
