Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Reward & People Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Reward Manager supports the Head of Reward in implementing the global reward strategy for Watson-Marlow. This role oversees the daily operations of the Reward function, ensuring the effective execution of annual reward cycles, benefits programs, and key reward projects. Acting as a Centre of Excellence, the Reward Manager collaborates closely with HR colleagues and external providers to ensure consistency, fairness, and operational excellence across the organization.
This hands-on role emphasizes data analysis, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. It offers the chance to influence and improve reward practices globally, contributing to strategic initiatives. With guidance from the Head of Reward, the role also provides a clear development pathway into broader global reward areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the operational delivery of annual reward cycles, including performance-related pay reviews, management bonuses, and validation of LTIP vesting and grants in collaboration with Group Reward.
2. Manage and improve the UK Flexible Benefits program with external providers and UK Reward teams.
3. Apply and maintain the grading framework for consistency and accuracy, aligning it with the overall business in partnership with Group and Business Unit Reward teams.
4. Handle administration and data collection for processes such as Gender Pay Gap, Ethnicity Pay Gap, Living Wage checks, bonus calculations, and employee share schemes.
5. Serve as the first point of contact for reward-related inquiries from HR colleagues and employees.
6. Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with policy and best practices.
7. Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent teams to embed reward processes and support performance and development frameworks.
8. Analyze reward data to identify trends and deliver insights to the Head of Reward.
9. Conduct external market research using salary surveys and benchmarking tools to inform reward decisions.
10. Utilize HR systems to generate insights on people analytics, such as absence, attrition, and quality of hire, to support business decisions.
11. Maintain reward data accuracy and integrity.
12. Support reward-related projects aligned with HR and business strategies, such as global grading, benefits harmonization, or developing compensation philosophy.
13. Collaborate with Spirax Group Reward and other business units to ensure alignment and consistency.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
* Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and global grading frameworks.
* Proven experience managing employee data with high accuracy.
* Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
* Comfortable working independently and with global teams across time zones.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
