B2B Sales Manager
Location: Salford Quays – Fully Onsite
Salary: £45,000 Basic + £6,000 Car Allowance, Uncapped Commission – Realistic 6 Figure OTE
Monday‑Friday, fully office‑based in Salford Quays – no hybrid role
A fast growing B2B business based in Salford Quays is looking to hire an experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead and develop a high performing team of Inbound Sales Consultants. This is a genuinely hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the day‑to‑day running of a sales floor, coaching in real time and helping people maximise performance rather than purely managing through spreadsheets and reports.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of up to 8 inbound B2B sales consultants, all working warm opportunities, with a strong focus on coaching, accountability, performance improvement and building a positive, high‑energy culture.
The Role
* Managing, coaching and developing a team of inbound B2B Sales Consultants
* Running regular 1‑2‑1s and performance reviews
* Supporting the team with live deals and commercial conversations
* Driving conversion rates, revenue and overall team performance
* Monitoring KPIs and identifying coaching opportunitiesCreating a positive, motivated and high‑performing sales culture
* Working closely with senior leadership as the business continues to scale

* Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate and influence
* Experience working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales environment

Package
* £45,000 basic salary
