About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of commercial management, financial reporting, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
âś… Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee cost assessments and enquiry management
* Lead financial management (valuations, invoicing, documentation)
* Produce accurate commercial reports (CVRs, payment trackers)
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic decisions
🎯 Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level
* Strong understanding of commercial processes & financial reporting
* Proficiency in cloud-based systems
* Excellent communication & leadership skills
