This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £13 to £15 per hour. Your role will be pivotal in empowering our Clients to live independently, and we offer a competitive package to reflect your skills and commitment.
Shifts:
* 7am - 14:30pm
* 15:00pm -22:00pm

Your Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to Clients in their homes
* Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and toileting
* Support Clients with learning disabilities and mental health conditions, offering guidance, structure, and reassurance
* Help Clients take medication and manage their care plans
* Encourage independence and assist with mobility
* Support access to community activities and social engagement
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Respect and uphold Clients rights, choices, and safety
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
* Attend meetings and training as required
* What Were Looking For
* No experience required just a caring and empathetic attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
