The role
As a Rescue Skills Trainer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Supporting the London Fire Brigade you will be responsible for delivering training to a high standard to Firefighters.
Day to day, you’ll be delivering line rescue training to the firefighters.
1. Training Line rescue level 1 and 2
2. Provide feedback and support to delegates
3. Carrying out assessments of skills
This role is a full time permanent position and will be based onsite at Park Royal
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met. Essential experience of the Rescue Skills Trainer:
4. Rope Rescue Supervisor or IRATA Level 2
5. Promotes a positive leadership culture where ownership, accountability and involvement in decision making is promoted.
