Solutions at Work Limited is a busy, outsourced legal cashroom business, based in Kirkcaldy with clients throughout the UK.
Due to continued expansions we are looking for a trainee legal cashier/accounts assistant.
Working as part of an established, supportive and friendly team, you will be required to: -
* Comply with daily practices and procedures.
* Monitor client e-mails.
* Set up and check bank payments using online banking.
* Perform bank reconciliations.
* Liaise with clients and deal with their queries.
* Reconcile supplier statements.
* Carry out general office admin tasks.
* Assist with month end procedures.
* Enter data entries onto practice management cash accounting systems.
The following skills are essential:-
* Computer literacy.
* A good working knowledge of Outlook
* Attention to detail
* An ability to be a contributing team player.
* An interest in working in an accounting environment.
* The ability to work to tight deadlines.
