Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, email, and our service portal.
2. Log and triage tickets in our RMM/PSA platform (Halo).
3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
4. Support users with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and common business applications.
