Mortgage Broker Our excellent client is looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their friendly team on a permanent basis due to growth.You can either work this role on an employed, or self-employed basis- totally up to you. Embedded within an award-winning dynamic estate agency, you will be passed a steady flow of warm leads and referrals from the estate agency staff, as well as your (Mortgage Broker) manager.Whilst you will have the option to pursue new business, the estate agency team are growing, which is likely to mean even more warm leads as time goes on! You will be given all the tools to succeed in your role- modern and editable CRM systems, admin support, compliance cover, sourcing systems, PI Insurance & FCA Oversights, Business cards, office desk etc, as well as total autonomy, and an encouraging, highly experienced advisor who will invest in your development and help to increase your earning potential. If you have mortgage experience (be it from a brokerage, estate agency or bank), and are driven, resilient, and motivated by delivering exceptional advice, and committed to long term success, this could be just the opportunity for you. Duties - Providing high quality, compliant mortgage advice to a diverse client base - Managing introduced cases from initial enquiry through to completion - Building and nurturing your own client relationships if desired - Delivering a seamless, supportive client experience at every stage - Working closely with the business owner to maintain high standards and operational excellence - Keeping up to date with lender criteria, market changes, and regulatory requirements Employed Model: - Up to around £30,000 base salary per annum (negotiable) dependent on experience 20% of net commission after introducers paid. Expected OTE £45-£50K. Self-employed Retainer Model: - £1,500£2,500 per month for 36 months & recoverable draw at 20% of gross commission until cleared - 50% commission on introduced cases, 70% commission on self-sourced cases - Indicative annual earnings (120 cases per year): - 12x introduced cases @ £385 = £41,580 - 12x self sourced cases @ £539 = £6,468 Total: £48,048, plus: - 90% of client fees - 90% of life insurance referral fees
