What you need to know
Hours: 35 per week.
Contract type: Fixed Term until 31/10/
Location: Our head office in Albion Street has great links to public transport and parking nearby.
What you’ll do
As a finance admin assistant, you’ll be a part of a new team, reporting to the finance project lead. You’ll play an essential role in assisting with the delivery of several finance projects, some of which are listed below
1. ERP Project – Implementation of new finance/payroll system
2. PCI Compliance
3. Retail system upgrade
Your work will make a visible and lasting difference. This will be working behind the scenes to make it all happen

We’re looking for:
4. Working knowledge of financial ledger systems
5. Competent in developing and maintaining complex spreadsheets and project plans
6. Ability to interpret legislative requirements and apply technical issues.
7. Established negotiating skills to influence and challenge to budget holders
8. Ability to work flexibly to meet tight deadlines and deal with conflicting priorities
