Enactor is a cloud-based, unified commerce platform for retailers, offering a next-generation Point of Sale (POS) and order management system built on flexible microservices and low-code tools, enabling seamless omnichannel experiences, self-checkout, mobile POS, and offline resilience for large enterprises and specialty stores. It provides central management (Estate Manager), allowing retailers to unify online/offline channels, manage promotions, inventory, and clienteling, and quickly adapt solutions without heavy reliance on vendors.
The Head of Sales role, involves leading strategic sales for their retail software, focusing on demonstrating the solution's value, gathering requirements, managing pre-sales (RFIs, demos), working closely with development for custom needs, and driving revenue growth through a consultative, hands-on approach with clients and internal teams. It's a pivotal role bridging technical features with business solutions, requiring strong leadership, technical understanding (or ability to work with developers), and commercial acumen to execute sales strategy and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
