Role Overview
This role will focus on supporting the implementation and ongoing compliance of PCI DSS standards, working closely with internal teams and external agencies during audits. Based at our Head Office in Openshaw, the position also involves collaborating with the compliance team to maintain and achieve ISO certifications, including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and ISO 20000. As part of the Quality Team within a larger unit delivering Information Services, Data, and Project Management across the Group, you will play a key role in ensuring robust security and quality standards. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Information Services (IS) Department as a Payment Security Management System (PSMS) Manager on a permanent, full‑time (37 hours per week) basis.
Qualifications
* PCI SSC certification.
* At least 4 years of experience supporting or leading an organisation’s PCI‑DSS compliance effort, working with ISA or QSA.
* At least 1 year of experience of direct or indirect work with on‑premises infrastructure or systems.
* At least 1 year of experience developing and implementing PCI policies, standards, and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solid foundational understanding and experience in process, relationship, and program management.
* Highly motivated self‑starting professional with a profound understanding of PCI DSS requirements and testing methodology.
* Detail‑oriented, results‑focused, and a proven track record of driving tasks to completion.
* Strong team player with a demonstrated ability to work efficiently with other team members cross‑functionally and across the team.
