Youll be call-handling and actioning digital contacts accurately, diagnosing and raising a wide range of repairs for residents and communicating regularly with all stakeholders (residents, colleagues and contractors). Youll need to be confident using your own initiative and have the ability to update systems and follow processes. Ideally, youll have experience of working in a customer contact centre, but this is not essential as training will be provided.
Based at our Maidstone office, youll work 25 hours a week (Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm).
