Job Description Logistics Administrator Due to sustained growth, we have a vacancy for a Logistics Administrator at an import/export food company based in modern offices. During current restrictions, this role will be based 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. Responsibilities include: Logging customer product call-offs Running daily delivery reports Arranging stock deliveries and releases Issuing invoices and credit notes Ad hoc spot purchases Checking and approving haulage and warehousing bills Custom clearance of bonded stock Requirements: Previous experience in a similar office-based role Excellent PC literacy skills Organized, able to plan ahead Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills, confident on the phone and in person, internally and externally Due to high application volume, we cannot provide feedback to every candidate.
