In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our recurring revenue account base, specifically targeting our valued service agreement customers.
What Will You Be Doing?
As our Area Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Prospecting and qualifying potential customers using Carrier's extensive equipment installed base, referrals, internal leads, directories, and competitor insights.
* Delivering compelling sales presentations, conducting customer needs assessments, and securing new maintenance agreements.
* Building strong customer relationships through effective questioning techniques to uncover their needs, budget, decision-making processes, and timelines.
* Performing site surveys and facility walkthroughs to assess equipment and site conditions, enabling you to craft tailored proposals for maintenance agreements.
* Utilizing sales tools like Salesforce to track and develop a robust backlog of sales opportunities.
* Collaborating with operations to ensure quality results on Maintenance Agreements and swiftly resolving customer issues.

Minimum Requirements:
* Strong background in service sales.
* Familiarity with the Chiller, HVAC, or Heat-Pump marketplace is a plus, or the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven ability to engage prospective customers and convert inquiries into project wins.
* Valid UK Driving Licence.
* Proficiency in IT, particularly with MS Office.
